Location: Netherlands and Spain Career Level: Manager or associate manager We are seeking experienced professionals to actively participate in sales process, design and delivery of SAP Ariba, Fieldglass or both of them. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership, should demonstrate strong communication skills, practical expertise, and the ability to provide strategic guidance and translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable SAP Ariba Sourcing & Procurement solutions including Fieldglass Job Responsibilities as follows: You are expected to analyze and solve business requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to Accenture or client needs. Using industry-standard techniques, you create cohesive frameworks that support solution development. This involves translating business needs into project specifications, which are the foundation for building effective solutions. You pinpoint necessary changes for new or existing features, ensuring solutions remain relevant and effective. By ensuring that documented use cases and requirements, you provide clear guidance for system changes or new features, which are essential for solution implementation. You actively demonstrate functional solutions to business stakeholders, IT clients, and development teams, ensuring alignment and understanding. Your expertise is leveraged to solve challenging business issues, with solutions implemented by your team. You determine methods and procedures for new assignments, which often involve selecting the best solution approach. You help establish near-term goals, guiding the team toward solution-oriented objectives. You negotiate and influence significant matters, often related to solution adoption and strategic alignment. You have the autonomy to determine objectives and approaches for critical assignments, which includes choosing and refining solutions. Strong experience: Implementing SAP Ariba and/or Fieldglass solutions for Sourcing & Procurement. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is considered an advantage and will be highly valued. Performing business system analysis involving requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and product implementation. Working with offshore team members and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects. Delivering requirements for structured IT application development lifecycles and methodologies (JIRA, ALM tool, Visio, Signavio, etc.) Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodology

Core Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and design, demonstrate, and deliver scalable SAP Ariba and/or Fieldglass solutions for sourcing and procurement. Guide teams and stakeholders through solution development, implementation, strategic alignment, and project delivery.

Requirements

Candidates should have practical experience implementing SAP Ariba and/or Fieldglass solutions and conducting business systems analysis, including requirements analysis and stakeholder management. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, offshore and onsite project coordination, structured IT delivery tools and methods, and Agile/Scrum is valued.
