Infento needs a Customer Service Specialist to make sure customers stay as happy as always. 🤷 What is Infento? We are the 1st in the world to develop akKit that allows families to build life-size (electric) vehicles. It takes only one kit and one hex key to create unlimited creations for an entire childhood. From toddler to teenager. From a walker, scooter, tricycle, bicycle, to an electric go-kart, motorbike and more. Infento’s modular parts allow for endless possibilities! Over the last few years, we have grown from zero to a team of 28 young and ambitious people and we hold our 2,500m2 office & production facility in the beautiful city of Amsterdam. 🤝 How can you contribute? In this role as a Customer Service Specialist you will of course make sure our customer satisfaction rate is extremely high. Replying to emails, calls and replying to questions on our social media channels is priority number 1. Next to that, your 2nd priority, is to always think “how can I improve, optimise, automate this?” We want all our customers facing processes (ordering, shipping, solving problem, having questions answered) to be as streamlined as possible. 💪🧠🔨 What we look for: A pro-active, responsible person, with a positive mindset! Someone with a lot of energy and with the will to make other people happy Open to learn! Very important. The ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service B2C BA/MA education level Fluently English. Dutch is a ++. Core Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, and social media, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Improve, streamline, and automate customer-facing processes related to orders, shipping, and resolving customer questions or problems.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2–3 years of B2C customer service experience, a BA/MA education level, and fluent English; Dutch is a plus, as are other languages. The role calls for a proactive, responsible, positive, energetic person who is eager to learn and able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
