Job Description As an FP&A Manager, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis for large-scale factory transformation initiatives. You will monitor financial performance, manage project budgets and cost savings, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Working closely with cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, IT, and finance, you will support investment decisions, manage financial risks, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for factory transformation initiatives. Monitor financial performance against budgets and business cases, providing variance analysis and corrective actions. Evaluate capital investments, conduct financial risk and sensitivity analysis, and support investment decisions. Prepare accurate financial reports and coordinate reporting across multiple factories, ensuring compliance with financial policies and accounting standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, IT, HR, and finance, to track project budgets, deliver cost savings, and achieve project milestones. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong experience in FP&A, financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience with CAPEX investment analysis, business cases, financial modelling, and risk assessment. Strong financial reporting and data analysis skills, with advanced Excel knowledge and experience using financial reporting systems. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and provide financial insights to senior management.
