Start: ASAP End: 1/05/2027 with possible extension 36 hours a week ZZP is possible Candidates must be fluent in Dutch as it is a MUST Function Operationalising our Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) software. We want to ingest documents more intelligently. To do this, we need someone who is a project manager and a business analyst. Activities are: Collecting the needs from 20 IT teams, get to know what type of documents they process Make smart buckets of work – what documents have the highest priority Stakeholder managementCollect requirements and translate these to the IT teams With the following results (SMART) An operationals Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) software. Spoken to every IT team and assess their needs Translate the needs to a roadmapDo this within 6 months, with possibly an extension Requirements Business Analys / Project manager Self-starter and not afraid to ask people to deliver their input in time Technical background not needed but some interest in IT topics is beneficial Experience in stakeholder management is handy Fluency in Dutch is required
Core Responsibilities
Operationalize Intelligent Document Processing software by gathering requirements from 20 IT teams, understanding their document-processing needs, and prioritizing work. Translate stakeholder needs into a roadmap and coordinate with IT teams to deliver the operational solution within six months.
Requirements
The role requires business analysis and project management capabilities, fluency in Dutch, and a proactive approach to obtaining timely input. A technical background is not required, though interest in IT topics and stakeholder-management experience are beneficial.
