Part-Time Beauty Consultant | De Bijenkorf Amsterdam Amoué is growing, and we’re looking for you. For our pop-up at De Bijenkorf Amsterdam during the festive season, we're looking for enthusiastic and passionate Beauty Consultants to become part of our Amoué Beauty Collective. ABOUT AMOUÉ Amoué is a Dutch body care and fragrance brand bringing together beauty, neuroscience and wellbeing. By combining high-performance skincare actives, refined fragrances and innovative neurocosmetic ingredients, we create products designed to care for more than just your skin. THE ROLE As an Amoué Beauty Consultant, you'll be the face of our brand on the shop floor. You'll introduce customers to the world of Amoué, help them discover their favourite scents and products, and bring our brand story to life through genuine conversations and personalised recommendations. More than simply selling products, you'll create a welcoming and inspiring experience that makes every customer feel connected to Amoué. What you'll do Welcome and engage customers at our pop-up in De Bijenkorf Amsterdam. Proactively contribute to sales performance and commercial targets. Share the story, philosophy and values behind Amoué in an authentic and inspiring way. Provide personalised advice on our body care, fragrances and self-care rituals. Introduce customers to our signature scents, innovative ingredients and the science behind our products. Maintain a beautiful, welcoming and well-presented retail environment. Represent Amoué with warmth, enthusiasm and genuine personal attention. Who you are You have a genuine passion for beauty, fragrance, skincare and wellbeing. You're outgoing, approachable and enjoy connecting with different people. You have a natural sense of hospitality and know how to make customers feel welcome and valued. You're commercially minded and enjoy turning meaningful conversations into sales. You're confident, proactive and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in beauty, fragrance, hospitality or retail is a plus, but your personality, enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter just as much. You're based in or around Amsterdam and have flexible availability, including weekends. You are fluent in both Dutch and English, preferably. Requirements

Applicants should be passionate about beauty, fragrance, skincare, and wellbeing, with strong interpersonal skills, a welcoming manner, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in beauty, fragrance, hospitality, or retail is a plus; candidates should be based in or near Amsterdam, have flexible weekday and/or weekend availability, and preferably be fluent in Dutch and English.
