Job Description

At AITO, we are committed to redefining luxury with intelligence by combining traditional luxury, marked by exceptional safety and comfort, with advanced technology of intelligent driving, smart cabin, and innovative digital services. To lead this charge in the commercial sector, we are seeking a visionary, highly entrepreneurial Head of Residual Value & Remarketing to build and spearhead our Pan-European asset risk governance, internal RV lifecycle modeling, and off-lease remarketing strategy. What You Will Do: Internal RV Setting & Governance: Establish and govern internal residual value setting models, life-cycle depreciation curves, and risk-provisioning guidelines across all European launch markets and vehicle trims. Portfolio Asset Risk Management: Monitor used EV market trends, track portfolio risk metrics, and proactively adjust RV baselines and reserve policies to shield company and partner balance sheets against market volatility. 0-to-1 Remarketing Engine: Design and build the end-to-end B2B defleeting and remarketing pipeline for returned lease, test-drive, and buyback vehicles from scratch. Channel Diversification: Structure and manage multi-channel remarketing partnerships, including digital B2B auctions, certified pre-owned (CPO) programs, dealer buyback networks, and secondary leasing streams to avoid supply concentration and price erosion. Refurbishment & Operations: Establish standard operating procedures and service level agreements(SLAs) with logistics and refurbishment partners to ensure returned vehicles are inspected, reconditioned, and resold within target cycle times (e.g., 30-day turnaround). Cross-Functional Commercial Alignment: Partner closely with Fleet/KAM and Financial Services teams to align residual value assumptions with corporate TCO models and leasing competitiveness. What You Need to Have: Experience: 6-8+ years of specialized experience in automotive residual value management, portfolio risk governance, fleet defleeting, or B2B remarketing operations. Analytical & Risk Expertise: Deep expertise in vehicle depreciation modeling, asset risk containment, and used vehicle market analysis across major European markets. Operational Execution: Direct experience setting up remarketing channels (auctions, dealer networks, CPO platforms) and managing physical defleeting workflows. Mindset: "0-to-1" builder comfortable developing internal valuation frameworks, analyzing transaction data, and managing physical remarketing pipelines directly. Languages: Full professional proficiency in English; fluency in German, French, or Mandarin is a significant advantage. What We Offer: Competitive base salary package Performance-based bonuses and incentives Headquarters training and continuous career development opportunities Dynamic, global, and supportive work environment
