The role We’re seeking a creative and proactive designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for our website, app and marketing materials. You’ll own the visual side of the brand end-to-end: from the idea, through production, to seeing it live. You’ll work closely with the marketing lead and the founders, and your work ships every week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs. What you’ll work on Social content for Instagram, LinkedIn and Reddit: static posts, carousels and short-form video Motion graphics and video to promote Firsty Email campaigns and lifecycle flows, from layout to production-ready assets UI design for website pages and in-app moments, from landing pages to small details and components Expanding our brand imagery, including AI-generated visuals Keeping the brand consistent across every channel as it grows Who you are Pursuing a degree in graphic design, interaction design or a related field A portfolio that shows your range Confident in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Able to juggle several projects at once and keep deadlines in a fast-paced environment A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics Curious about design trends and new tools, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the brand Based in the Netherlands and available to work on-site at our Amsterdam office during your internship. Core Responsibilities

Create visual designs for Firsty’s website, app, and marketing materials, including social content, motion graphics, email campaigns, and UI elements. Develop brand imagery and maintain visual consistency across channels, collaborating with the marketing lead and founders to take work from concept through production and launch.

Requirements

Applicants should be pursuing a degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field and have a portfolio demonstrating their range. They should be confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and available to work on-site in Amsterdam; video editing, HTML/CSS, and AI visual-tool experience are advantageous.
