We are looking for experienced Software Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Software Integrators who want to contribute to cutting-edge technologies operating in complex real-time environments. Your future role: As part of multidisciplinary Agile teams, you will contribute to the design, development, integration, validation, and continuous improvement of advanced software platforms and sensor-processing solutions. Depending on your expertise, you will be involved in: • Development of high-performance software in C and C++ • Software integration and validation in real-time environments • Linux-based platform engineering and infrastructure development • Radar tracking, sensor processing, and embedded software solutions • CI/CD implementation and automation • Software quality improvement, code reviews, and defensive coding practices • Cross-functional collaboration with systems, hardware, testing, and integration teams Your profile: • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field • Strong experience in C and/or C++ development • Experience working in Linux environments • Knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns • Experience with CI/CD tools and modern development ecosystems • Familiarity with technologies such as Python, Bash, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Git, Docker/Podman, Ansible, networking technologies, or embedded systems • Experience in software integration, testing, or real-time systems development • An Agile mindset and strong teamwork skills • Excellent communication skills in English • Due to project requirements, eligibility for security clearance may be required for some positions What you'll find at SII: • Challenging projects in high-tech and defence-related environments • A collaborative engineering culture focused on innovation and continuous learning • Opportunities to grow toward technical leadership, architecture, integration, or project management roles • Long-term career development and training support • The chance to work on technologies that have a direct impact on safety, security, and mission-critical operations

Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, integrate, validate, and continuously improve high-performance software platforms and sensor-processing solutions for radar, sensor, and mission-critical defence systems. Contribute to real-time software integration, Linux platform engineering, CI/CD automation, software quality, and collaboration with systems, hardware, testing, and integration teams.

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, electronics, or a related field is required, along with strong C and/or C++ experience and experience in Linux environments. Candidates should understand software architecture and object-oriented design, and ideally bring experience with CI/CD, integration, testing, or real-time systems, plus an Agile mindset and strong English communication skills.
