About the role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Functional Consultant with a strong knowledge in the real estate and property industry and proven expertise in ERP. As part of our Client Services team, you will collaborate with an international network of colleagues and clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimise their business processes, maximise the value of their YAVICA products with Dynamics 365 Finance, and achieve measurable results. You will support clients within Europe to transform their business by implementing FlexProperty, YAVICA’s real estate solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, while fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and value creation. What you will be responsible for: Work closely with customers, developers and other consultants to deliver high-quality solutions. Lead customer workshops and translate real-estate business requirements into practical configured standard solutions. Configure YAVICA FlexProperty and advise customers on how to get the most from standard functionality. Perform FIT/GAP analysis and help design solutions where additional functionality, integrations or customisations are required. Support customers throughout implementation, including testing, data migration, training, and go-live. Take ownership of your work, ensuring agreed deliverables are completed on time and in line with our project methodology. You might be a great fit if you have: Strong experience with enterprise property management or real estate ERP solutions, covering areas such as lease administration, service charge reconciliation, indexation and lease accounting. Proven consulting experience implementing ERP or property management solutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is an advantage, but not a requirement. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and challenge customers when needed. A structured and hands-on approach, with the ability to take ownership of your deliverables and work independently within a project team. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates should have strong experience with enterprise property management or real estate ERP solutions, including areas such as lease administration, service charge reconciliation, indexation, and lease accounting. Proven ERP or property management implementation consulting experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and an independent, structured approach are required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance experience is an advantage.
