Introduction - Business process Enabler (ARIS) ZZP/Freelance ONLY 36 hours per week Start: ASAP Duration: 3-4 months Hybrid working applicable Extension might be possible due to budget planning Currently living in the Netherlands: mandatory Job description Temporary External Hire (3-4 Months) To support and accelerate our E2E transformation agenda, temporary external expertise is required for a period of 3-4 months in the area of E2E Process Management. The contractor will support the design, governance, and optimization of E2E processes across business domains by: Facilitating, modelling, and designing end-to-end processes across departments. Supporting E2E Directors and Process Managers in establishing and executing effective process ownership. Ensuring process models remain consistent, up-to-date, applicable, and compliant with governance standards. Conducting process reviews and maturity assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Providing guidance on process management standards, methodologies, and best practices. With the following results This engagement will accelerate the delivery of transformation objectives by strengthening E2E process management capabilities, improving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that process improvements are effectively identified, prioritised, and implemented. The contractors will provide immediate value by: Accelerating transformation execution and delivery. Increasing E2E process maturity and governance. Strengthening accountability and ownership across business functions. Supporting the successful realization of NFR, CIF, and other strategic transformation objectives. Requirements Business Process Management, Stakeholder management on all levels, ARIS application skills required. Additional information Several strategic initiatives require dedicated process management expertise and execution capacity that is currently unavailable within the existing team. The need is temporary and linked to a specific peak in transformation activities over the coming months. The team is seeking two specialists for a three-to-four-month assignment, ideally starting before the end of the month. The role covers designing level-two and level-three processes and facilitating discussions with business experts and leaders. The specialists will also help identify gaps, improve data quality and cross-domain connections, and raise the maturity of the process landscape. The team explained that extra capacity is needed to meet compliance requirements and deadlines. An extension may be considered depending on future needs and budget, while the work was characterized as strategically important to the bank. The specialist should be able to lead workshops, translate business activities into appropriate process levels, and help develop business process management capability. ARIS expertise is the minimal requirement for technical purposes needed for this role.

Core Responsibilities

Design, model, and facilitate end-to-end processes across business domains, supporting process owners and managers in establishing effective ownership and governance. Review process models, assess maturity, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and guide stakeholders in applying process management standards and best practices.

Requirements

Requires business process management expertise, ARIS application skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. The specialist should be able to lead workshops, translate business activities into level-two and level-three processes, and support process maturity and capability development.
