Contract Internship Job Description HR COORDINATOR INTERN Stellantis NL – HR Department Stellantis is a Netherlands-based multinational car manufacturing company founded in 2021, based on a 50- 50 cross-border merger between the Italian-American conglomerate Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and the French PSA Group. During your 6-month internship in HR Coordination based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherlands HR team by assisting them with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment. MISSIONS You will be in charge of writing, designing and publishing all internal HR communications (newsletters, bulletins, policy reminders, event announcements) on multiple platforms. You will organize and promote internal company events and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (e.g coordinating charity initiatives with NGOs). You will support the administrative HR processes, and maintain the personnel administration up to date (personal files, sickness, letters, organization chart). You will assist colleagues with compliance and ensuring clarity, inclusivity and authenticity in messages. You will execute internal and external communications and develop initiatives related to employee engagement and wellbeing as well as diversity & inclusion. You will help harmonise internal processes to optimise efficiency. You will assist the HR department with various other activities and projects. Profile PROFILE You are a Bachelor or Master (HBO/WO) student in HR, Business Management, Communications & Media, Organizational Psychology or related fields; You have a proficient/fluent level in English (Dutch is a plus); You are communicative and socially skilled, with a hands-on mentality; You are independent, accurate, and self-starting. Core Responsibilities

Create and publish internal HR communications, organize company events, coordinate with external stakeholders, and support HR administration and compliance. Contribute to employee engagement, well-being, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and improvements to internal processes.

Requirements

The candidate must be a bachelor’s or master’s student in HR, business management, communications and media, organizational psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in English is required, Dutch is a plus, and the candidate should be communicative, socially skilled, hands-on, independent, accurate, and self-starting.
