Job Requirements Proven experience in logistics and team leadership within a warehouse or distribution environment Experience working with ERP, WMS and other logistics systems Good command of the English language, both written and spoken Experience coaching and developing operational teams Certified or willing to obtain certification for Forklift, Reach Truck, EPT and Stacker operations Full-time availability (40 hours) and willingness to work in a two-shift operation Soft Skills Able to maintain overview and priorities in a fast-moving operation Decisive and comfortable making operational decisions Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and priorities Assertive and able to address issues constructively Strong communicator across different departments and levels Hands-on leadership style with a visible presence on the work floor Focused on continuous improvement and accountability Job Description As Team Lead Logistics Inbound, you are responsible for the daily coordination of all incoming logistics flows at one of our production and service locations. You ensure that goods, reusable packaging, and customer materials are received, processed, and stored accurately and on time. You lead a team of up to 15 logistics employees and provide clear direction throughout the day. You monitor workload, capacity, and operational performance while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. When issues arise, you act quickly to remove bottlenecks and keep processes moving. The department continues to grow alongside our international customer base. This role offers the opportunity to build structure, improve processes, and develop a team that plays a critical role in the success of our supply chain. Your Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of inbound logistics employees Oversee receiving, unloading, inspection, registration, and storage activities Ensure inventory accuracy and correct system administration Coordinate workforce planning and operational priorities throughout the shift Monitor safety, quality, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse Identify process improvements and implement efficiency initiatives Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operational flow Your team You will lead a team responsible for handling all incoming material flows within our operation. This includes customer-owned materials, reusable packaging, components, and products arriving from suppliers and service locations worldwide. The team consists of warehouse operators and logistics specialists with varying levels of experience. You work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain and fellow Team Leads to ensure materials are available where and when they are needed.
