Bartender
Key Skills
Job Description
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It As a Bartender at Clubhouse, our all-day space where members can work, eat, drink, meet people, and feel part of a community, you are the heartbeat of the bar and the reason guests keep coming back. You mix, shake, and pour with skill, serving up timeless classics, signature cocktails, and bold zero-proof creations that steal the show. Every order comes with your signature mix of precision, personality, and genuine hospitality as you bring our signature beverage programme to life. The best part? You will get the unique opportunity to be trained by Marc Alvarez, co-founder of SIPS Barcelona, which was recognised as the World's Best Bar. You will join a passionate, international crew that thrives on teamwork, shifts gears to support the floor when needed, and always keeps the vibe high. We are ready to help you grow, so bring your energy and let's make some memories. In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, from expertly crafted cocktails to quality non-alcoholic options, with total consistency and flair. Deliver warm, engaging service that makes every guest feel at home from the moment they sit down. Bring Clubhouse's signature beverage programme to life, maintaining high quality standards across every pour. Jump in to support food service and floor operations whenever the team needs a hand. Share menu knowledge and event info with guests to help them get the most out of the TSH experience. Keep the bar clean, organised, stocked, and running smoothly behind the scenes. Support event setup and service, helping turn Clubhouse into the ultimate gathering spot. What You’ll Have You bring 1 to 2 years of bartending or hospitality experience, though a great attitude and passion count for just as much. You have a genuine love for drinks, mixology, and low- or no-alcohol serves. You bring excitement to learn world-class techniques from leading industry professionals. You have strong communication skills and a natural, friendly way with people. You bring the ability to multitask smoothly when the bar gets busy. You are fluent in English, and any extra languages are a great bonus. You have the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts. What We Offer The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. Not just another hotel - we’re a game changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family! A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues and all the other amazing salary/benefits stuff At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best. Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
