Senior Manager Agentic Commerce Advisory & Growth
Key Skills
Job Description
AI agents are starting to reshape how customers discover, compare and buy. We help commerce leaders cut through the hype, make clear decisions and turn the right opportunities into commercial impact. We are looking for a senior commerce advisor who can help leadership teams navigate agentic commerce, make clear strategic choices and translate those choices into executable transformation agendas. You combine sound advisory judgement with technology fluency and commercial ownership. What You'll Do Advise C-level commercial and digital leaders: frame the real business questions before discussing solutions, and clarify what to act on now, what to watch, and what to ignore. Bring a clear point of view on agentic commerce. Challenge assumptions, explain trade-offs and help leadership teams decide what to do now, later or not at all. Shape commerce strategies, operating models, capabilities, roadmaps and business cases that turn strategic choices into executable transformation agendas. Ground your advice in commerce technology: work with architects and engineers to test feasibility, dependencies and implications without owning solution design. Create opportunities from advisory relationships: originate, shape and sell work across the Netherlands and Nordics with account leadership and partners. Lead the engagements you shape through transformation and measurable outcomes; develop our advisory offerings, public point of view and the consultants around you. What You Bring 10+ years in digital commerce, including substantial experience advising senior leaders on commerce strategy and technology-enabled business transformation. A strong track record of structuring ambiguous C-level challenges into clear choices, recommendations, business cases and actionable transformation roadmaps. A track record of selling work you then delivered, not only supporting pursuits. Strong understanding of commerce technology, including platforms, product data, search, pricing, APIs, integrations, payments and emerging AI agents. Credibility with business and technology teams: you can challenge technical assumptions and align specialists, while your focus remains strategic client advice. Genuine curiosity about emerging technology. You enjoy understanding how things work and separating real business potential from hype. Experience leading cross-functional engagements from advisory through implementation, while keeping business value and client decisions at the centre. Fluent English. Dutch or a Nordic language is a strong plus. Why this team This is an opportunity to help define a growing agentic commerce advisory offering, not inherit one. You will advise senior leaders across the Netherlands and the Nordics, shape new work and turn strategic choices into impact together with our technology and delivery teams.

Requirements
Requires 10+ years in digital commerce, substantial experience advising senior leaders, and a record of turning ambiguous challenges into recommendations, business cases, and actionable roadmaps.
