Job Description

AI agents are starting to reshape how customers discover, compare and buy. We help commerce leaders cut through the hype, make clear decisions and turn the right opportunities into commercial impact. We are looking for a curious, hands-on commerce consultant who enjoys turning complex questions into clear advice. Working directly with senior advisors, you'll analyse client challenges, test emerging technology and turn insights into decisions, opportunities and practical next steps. What You'll Do Work alongside senior advisors on client research, interviews and workshops; translate findings into clear recommendations and presentations for senior stakeholders. Analyse customer journeys, commerce capabilities and operating models, and develop evidence for business cases and transformation roadmaps. Experiment hands-on with AI agents, low-code tools and automations; build simple prototypes to test ideas and share what you learn. Work with commerce and technology specialists to assess feasibility and dependencies, and own defined deliverables across advisory and delivery engagements. Contribute to go-to-market activities: develop market insights and propositions, support pitches and proposals, help shape opportunities alongside senior advisors, and contribute to pipeline management. What You Bring 3-5 years' experience in digital commerce, gained in consulting, at an agency or on the client side. Strong analytical and advisory skills: you can structure ambiguous questions, work with data and turn findings into practical recommendations. Understanding of commerce technology, including platforms, product data, search, pricing, checkout, APIs and integrations, and curiosity about AI agents. You don't need to be a developer, but you've built something with AI tools yourself - a prototype, automation or side project, at work or independently. Tell us about it in your application. Commercial curiosity: you enjoy spotting client opportunities, contributing to propositions and understanding how advisory work turns into new business. Fluent English. Dutch or a Nordic language is a strong plus. Why this team Work directly with senior commerce advisors on real client challenges and gain early exposure to discussions with leadership teams. Learn by connecting strategic analysis with hands-on experiments alongside technology and delivery experts. We provide time and budget for certifications in agentic AI and leading commerce and AI platforms and expect you to pursue relevant certifications as part of your development.
