Job Description

Omnia Retail is the first agentic pricing platform for retailers and brands. After more than a decade of building one of the most trusted pricing data platforms in retail, we have entered a new chapter: the Omnia Agent, agentic AI built directly into our AI pricing software. It spots what needs attention, helps build the pricing logic and optimizes pricing, promotions and category decisions, always with full transparency and control. Where most AI pricing tools are black boxes, Omnia combines the clarity of rule-based pricing with the intelligence of AI, and G2 recognizes us as a leader in retail pricing software.

Our customers are pure mid-market and enterprise e-commerce retailers, omnichannel retailers and direct-to-consumer brands like Philips and Kaufland, mainly in the Benelux and DACH. Our growth comes from sales-led enterprise deals with long cycles, buying committees, and pricing and commercial leads who need to trust us before they buy. As Head of Marketing, you build the engine that puts Omnia and the Omnia Agent in front of the right enterprise accounts, and you own the story that sets agentic pricing with control apart from black-box AI.

Role Purpose:

You are a hands-on marketing leader with a technical profile, turning enterprise retailers and brands into pipelines and ARR together with our AEs. You own the marketing budget and the full function, including positioning, with enterprise demand generation (ABM and outbound support) as your main focus.

You report to the CCO, work closely with the founders and connect Marketing with Sales, CSM and Product. Alongside our Marketing Specialist, who brings the content and brand craft, you cover the full customer journey.

The main key responsibilities include :

  • Drive enterprise demand: own ABM with Sales, build named target account lists per segment, and support outbound with intent signals and content for sequences.

  • Own our positioning and product marketing: shape the Omnia Agent and agentic pricing story (transparency and control versus black-box AI) together with Product.

  • Connect Marketing with Sales, CSM and Product: align on lead definitions, handover, customer insights and go-to-market.

  • Lead the team and the budget: work as a hands-on player-coach and steer spend on pipeline and cost per SQL.

  • Direct content and brand: set the content strategy, including events and webinars, while the Marketing Specialist leads day-to-day production.

  • Grow our channels: SEO and GEO, paid, and structured experiments, with tracking tied to pipeline and ARR.

  • Own our marketing tech: HubSpot and analytics, using automation and AI to scale lead qualification and help Sales win (a marketing role, not presales).

What success looks like

  • First 90 days: understand the HubSpot baseline, agree the ICP and name target accounts with Sales, set KPI target ranges and define the core positioning per segment.

  • After 12 months: a repeatable ABM and outbound motion, marketing-sourced pipeline (€) growing against the agreed targets, a positioning story that Sales uses, and a team where growth and content and brand complement each other.

Who you are

  • A sales-led B2B marketing leader: you bring at least 3 to 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, including enterprise deals, ABM and close collaboration with AEs. You speak fluent English and speaking German is considered a plus.

  • Strategic and commercial: you turn company OKRs and enterprise sales goals into a marketing plan with clear pipeline targets.

  • A storyteller with a point of view: you own positioning and make a transparency and control story stand out against black-box AI competitors.

  • Hands-on and AI-driven: you work in HubSpot (or a comparable CRM and CMS), analytics, are AI-savvy, and you are at home with attribution and experimentation. Experience in SEO and GEO, performance marketing and marketing technology is a strong plus.

  • A strong partner for Sales, CSM and Product: you work with AEs on target accounts, outbound support and handover.

  • A leader and player-coach: you set priorities, develop the team and balance growth with content and brand, while the Marketing Specialist covers content craft.
