What You Can Expect:
Het voeren van de debiteurenbewaking van vestigingen welke door Rhenus Accounting administratief worden afgehandeld. De Administratief medewerker Debiteurenbewaking onderhoudt veelvuldig contact met de debiteurenrelaties en rapporteert aan de Manager Accounting.
What You Bring:
De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Het telefonisch benaderen van debiteurenrelaties
- Het schriftelijk manen van debiteurenrelaties
- Het verstrekken van kopie verkoopnota’s
- Het contact onderhouden met de div. werkmaatschappijen
- Het opvragen en verstrekken van kredietinformatie
- Het beoordelen van debiteurenaanvragen
- Het opstarten en bijhouden van incassozaken
Core Responsibilities
The Credit Controller is responsible for managing accounts receivable for various branches and maintaining frequent contact with debtors. They also handle credit information requests, assess credit applications, and initiate collection processes.
Requirements
The role requires administrative experience in debt monitoring and the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients. Candidates must be proficient in managing credit-related documentation and reporting to the Accounting Manager.
