BYD Europe BV located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Laptop preparation for employees and resolution of various desk issues.

• Network project construction and daily maintenance.

• Cooperation with HQ IT on tests or IT implementations.

• Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization.

• Other IT related activities and contingent assignments.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor`s degree in computer science or IT-related majors.

• Experience in 1st line IT support.

• Fluent English language skills.

• CCNA, CCNP or ITIL certifications are an advantage.

• Chinese language skills are a plus.

• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
