- Improving data quality, reporting capabilities, and process integration across the organization.
- Supporting change management activities, including user engagement, training, and documentation.
- Contributing to a stable and well-governed ERP environment by managing enhancement requests and system improvements.
- Collaborating with international colleagues and external partners to ensure consistent and efficient business processes.
What do you bring?
You bring:
- Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP implementations, upgrades, or process improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and their translation into ERP solutions.
- Excellent command of English. French is a strong advantage, and Dutch is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and follow through on commitments.
- A practical, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach that helps drive adoption and deliver results.
- The ability to work effectively in an international and fast-growing environment.
What we offer?
We offer:
- A key role in shaping and optimizing financial and ERP processes across an international organization.
- The opportunity to contribute to a significant Business Central go-live and future business integration initiatives.
- Collaboration with experienced ERP professionals, business stakeholders, and external specialists.
- An informal and entrepreneurial work environment with short communication lines and plenty of autonomy.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development within a growing MedTech organization.
