We are currently bringing to life our flagship documentary series, 'Full Circle' - Sustainable Forces of Tradition, where we journey to discover ‘if the past holds the key to our future’. Join Our Local Team in The Netherlands Film is a collaborative craft, and for 'Full Circle', human connection and creative chemistry come first. We are looking for a filmmaker and storyteller who is ideally based in The Netherlands (in or around Amsterdam or central NL) so we can easily meet up, brainstorm, and hit the road together. You will be stepping into a welcoming, hands-on core creative crew working closely together to realize this important project. What You’ll Be Doing & What You’ll Need We are looking for a true partner in the field and the editing suite who is excited to get hands-on with us across every stage of 'Full Circle': · Field Production & Gear: You bring your own cinema/video camera setup, audio gear, and lighting suitable for run-and-gun field shooting and documenting interviews. · Scouting & Preparation Trips: You are ready and available to embark on advance scouting and preliminary scouting/filming trips with us as we research locations and build relationships before main principal filming for 'Full Circle' begins. · Post-Production: You have a solid grasp of offline editing, color grading, and basic sound design to craft polished teaser cuts, mood reels, and pitch-ready scenes. · Visual Storytelling: You have a keen eye for framing, natural light, emotional resonance, and cinematic narrative. · Team-Mindset: You enjoy working as part of a team - sharing ideas, supporting fellow crew members, and solving creative challenges together in the field. Compensation & Growing Together · Where We Are Today: Like many independent impact projects, our core team currently works on a dedicated volunteer basis as we build momentum for 'Full Circle'. · Our Road Ahead: We are actively rolling out an energetic fundraising strategy - connecting with high-level sponsors, NGO’s, grants and partners. This role is structured to transition directly into a paid monthly position as operational funding comes through our ongoing activities, ensuring that those who help build 'Full Circle' grow right along with it. Core Responsibilities

Film interviews and documentary footage in the field, bringing suitable camera, audio, and lighting equipment and participating in advance scouting trips. Edit and finish teaser cuts, mood reels, and pitch-ready scenes using offline editing, color grading, and basic sound design.

Requirements

Candidates should bring their own cinema or video camera setup, audio gear, and lighting suitable for run-and-gun field production and interviews. They should have a strong visual storytelling sensibility, solid post-production skills, availability for scouting trips, and a collaborative team mindset; a Netherlands location is preferred.
