About The Role As a Data Scientist at CIMSOLUTIONS, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize the analysis process, develop visual data representations, and integrate multiple data sources to ensure consistency across datasets. You will identify suitable mathematical models, select and fine-tune algorithms to generate business value, and uncover patterns that can inform strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will develop, test, and implement data science models tailored to client needs, helping them leverage their data effectively. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing our clients' operational efficiency and competitive advantage. Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related disciplines Strong experience in structuring and analyzing large datasets to extract relevant insights Proficiency with analytics tools such as R, Spark, Storm, HIVE, QlikView, Power BI, Splunk, MATLAB, or SAS Suite Hands-on experience with database technologies including Hadoop, SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL Advanced skills in data visualization using modern technologies Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development Responsibilities Optimize data analysis workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy Integrate and manage multiple data sources ensuring data consistency and integrity Identify appropriate mathematical models and algorithms to solve complex business problems Develop, validate, and deploy data science models tailored to client needs Visualize data insights using state-of-the-art tools and techniques to facilitate understanding Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions Stay updated on the latest developments in data science, analytics, and related fields Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices in data analysis and visualization Benefits Permanent employment contract with competitive salary up to €8,000/month Performance-based bonus scheme Company lease car Comprehensive pension plan Monthly expense allowance €5,000 training budget annually plus 5-10 days dedicated study time Participation in knowledge-sharing sessions within our Data Analytics and BI teams 25 vacation days, increasing to 28 days based on tenure Opportunity to buy or sell vacation days Regular social events including sports days, weekend trips, and team-building activities Equal Opportunity CIMSOLUTIONS is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity in all its forms. Requirements

A master's degree or higher in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field is required, along with strong experience analyzing large datasets. Candidates should be proficient with analytics and database technologies, skilled in data visualization, and able to communicate in Dutch and English, collaborate effectively, and solve problems proactively.
