About Tensoric Tensoric is a Utrecht-based AI consulting and product startup that helps organizations move from AI ambition to scalable value delivery. The role As Senior Consultant you start with value. You quickly understand a customer’s business, see where AI and automation can make a real difference, and turn that into results the business feels. Then you make it last: you help their teams build the capability to carry on by themselves, while keeping the bigger picture in view, from strategy and goals to the next opportunity. You do not arrive empty-handed. Our own products are tools you can bring to the table, and what you learn at customers helps shape what we build next, including the new products you dream up to supercharge our customers with the capabilities and speed of AI. One of those products is StencilFlow, which supercharges business teams to automate workflows with AI within the right guardrails. You will help us develop it and the products that follow. Core Responsibilities

Identify customer opportunities for AI and automation, rapidly prototype solutions, and deliver measurable business value. Help customers build lasting capabilities, contribute to strategy, and use customer insights to improve Tensoric’s products, methodology, and offerings.

Requirements

Requires a university degree at MSc level or equivalent in a technical, business, or related field, and at least five years of experience in consulting, product, engineering, or digital transformation. Candidates should be hands-on, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, interested in AI and product development, and fluent in English and Dutch.
