As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will become one of the first local SOC team members in the Netherlands, working closely with our established Security Operations Centre in Warsaw. Together with a junior analyst joining the team, you will play an important role in shaping local processes, establishing best practices, and supporting the future growth of the Dutch SOC capability. Key Responsibilities Investigate and respond to security alerts, incidents, and cyber threats affecting customer environments. Monitor and analyze security events using Microsoft Security technologies and security monitoring platforms. Support threat detection, incident response, and security improvement activities. Work closely with customers, providing guidance and updates during security investigations. Contribute to SOC processes, operational procedures, and continuous service improvements. Collaborate with colleagues across the European cybersecurity team and support the growth of the Dutch SOC capability. Job Requirements Experience working in a Security Operations Centre (SOC), cybersecurity operations, or a similar security-focused environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Security technologies, security monitoring tools, or SIEM platforms. Understanding of cyber threat detection, incident investigation, and response practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to investigations. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Dutch and English. Core Responsibilities

Investigate and respond to customer security alerts, incidents, and threats using Microsoft Security technologies and monitoring platforms. Support threat detection and service improvements, guide customers during investigations, and help establish processes and grow the Dutch SOC in collaboration with European colleagues.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in a SOC, cybersecurity operations, or a similar security-focused environment, along with knowledge of Microsoft Security technologies, monitoring tools, or SIEM platforms. They should understand threat detection and incident response, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communicate professionally in Dutch and English, and be motivated to help build a growing team.
