Yibi Precision is looking for an NPI Engineer to bridge product design, engineering validation and scalable manufacturing. Responsibilities Coordinate new product introduction from engineering review through production launch. Evaluate manufacturing feasibility before tooling release. Support prototype, tooling and pilot-production stages. Track dimensional, material and process validation. Coordinate design, tooling, manufacturing and quality teams. Identify production risks before volume ramp-up. Support engineering changes and production readiness reviews. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering. Experience in NPI, industrialization or production engineering. Strong understanding of tolerance analysis and manufacturing processes. Experience with prototype-to-production transitions. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects.

Core Responsibilities

Coordinate new product introduction from engineering review through production launch, including feasibility assessments and support for prototype, tooling, and pilot-production stages. Track validation activities, coordinate design, tooling, manufacturing, and quality teams, and identify risks while supporting engineering changes and production readiness reviews.

Requirements

A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering is required, along with experience in NPI, industrialization, or production engineering. Candidates should understand tolerance analysis and manufacturing processes, have experience transitioning products from prototype to production, and be able to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects.
