- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing compensation and benefits data using Excel.
- Conducting market analyses to improve the competitiveness of reward programs.
- Creating visually appealing reports and dashboards to present insights to clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement new strategies.
- Keeping up with trends and best practices in Compensation & Benefits.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics, HR, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Excellent Excel skills, including advanced functions such as array formulas, nested IF statements, and percentiles.
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret complex datasets.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and motivation to further develop your knowledge.

Core Responsibilities
You will collect, clean, and analyze compensation and benefits data while conducting market analyses to improve reward program competitiveness. Additionally, you will create visual reports and dashboards to present insights to clients and collaborate with internal teams on strategy implementation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics, HR, Finance, or Statistics. You must possess excellent Excel skills, including advanced functions, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication abilities.
