We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of customers using Oracle Health and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. The role focuses on helping customers improve adoption, realize measurable value, achieve successful renewals, and advance their clinical, operational, financial, and enterprise transformation goals. What You Will Do The Customer Success Manager (CSM) owns the customer experience throughout the lifecycle and acts as a trusted advisor to customer executives, business leaders, and IT teams. The CSM coordinates Oracle stakeholders to help customers maximize the value of Oracle Health and Fusion Cloud solutions, including ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, Procurement, and Analytics, as relevant to the account. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business priorities, adoption goals, and measurable outcomes. Drive adoption, optimization, and value realization across Oracle Health and Fusion applications. Identify opportunities to improve business processes, simplify operations, and strengthen solution utilization. Lead executive business reviews, value discussions, account planning, and roadmap conversations. Track customer KPIs, priorities, risks, milestones, and committed actions. Coordinate Oracle Customer Success, Support, Consulting, Sales, Product, and Cloud Operations teams to resolve issues and advance customer objectives. Support customers through implementations, go-lives, upgrades, cloud transformations, adoption initiatives, and renewals. Manage service performance, escalations, code currency, and customer risks proactively. Build strong stakeholder relationships, develop customer advocates and success stories, and identify growth opportunities in partnership with Sales. The portfolio may include customers with varying needs and complexity, including Oracle Health modernization, Fusion Cloud transformation, upgrades, adoption, operational optimization, and renewals. How Success Is Measured Customer success plan quality and execution Adoption, value realization, and customer satisfaction Referenceability and customer success stories ARR retention, growth, and contract renewals Code currency and service health Customer KPI performance and sales leads generated Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, implementation, healthcare technology, enterprise applications, or a related field Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills Ability to translate customer objectives into clear success plans and coordinated action Fluency in German and English (C1 level); Travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications Experience in a client-facing customer success, implementation, consulting, or relationship-management role Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, or digital health transformation Knowledge of Oracle Health solutions and healthcare workflows Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, such as ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, Procurement, Analytics, or Oracle Integration Understanding of cloud/SaaS operating models, enterprise integrations, technical architectures, and business-process optimization Ability to manage complex customers, identify risks, and build trusted executive relationships Applicable in Austria only: The minimum collective salary is 40 306 € gross p.a. Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, at least 7 years in customer success, account management, consulting, implementation, healthcare technology, enterprise applications, or a related field, and fluency in German and English at C1 level. Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills are required; healthcare technology, Oracle Health, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SaaS, integrations, and business-process optimization experience are preferred, with travel up to 20%.
