Main Role & Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and new arrivals. Maintain knowledge of merchandise, including brand stories, materials, and pricing. Handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions accurately. Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Assist in stock management — receiving, labeling, and displaying merchandise. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and returns courteously and efficiently. Coordinate with other hotel departments for guest requests or special purchases. Uphold brand standards and maintain a luxury shopping experience. Essential Skills & Requirements Previous experience in retail, luxury sales, or hospitality preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with excellent customer service abilities. Professional appearance and confident demeanor. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in retail or hospitality is an asset. Requirements

Previous retail, luxury sales, or hospitality experience is preferred, along with strong communication, customer service, sales, and cash-handling abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is specified, and familiarity with POS systems, a professional demeanor, and availability for flexible hours are expected; further retail or hospitality education is an asset.
