Role Description The Supply Chain and Operations Intern will support daily operational activities across NorthLadder’s trade-in and logistics processes in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Utrecht, involves assisting with inventory tracking, order processing, and coordination with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate device movement. The intern will help analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to recommendations for process improvements. Responsibilities may include preparing reports, supporting implementation of new tools or workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as commercial, finance, and technology. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to supply chain management and operations in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Qualifications Knowledge or coursework in supply chain management, operations, logistics, or related fields, with strong interest in circular commerce and sustainability. Analytical skills, including comfort with data analysis, use of spreadsheets or BI tools, and ability to interpret operational metrics. Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inventory records, documentation, and process tracking. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace); experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Utrecht on a full-time basis and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related discipline. Previous internship or project experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce environments is an advantage.

Requirements
Applicants should be enrolled in or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's program in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, and have an interest in circular commerce and sustainability. They should bring analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, proficiency with standard office software, and the ability to work full-time on-site in Utrecht; ERP or inventory system experience and relevant project or internship experience are advantages.
