Als Medior Data Analist bij CureLytics vertaal je bedrijfsprocessen en
strategische vraagstukken naar concrete datagedreven oplossingen. Je analyseert
processen, adviseert over BI‑oplossingen en fungeert als de belangrijkste brug
tussen business en IT in maatschappelijk relevante sectoren.
Wat ga je doen
- In kaart brengen van processen,
informatiestromen en businessbehoeften
- Opstellen van requirements, KPI’s en use
cases
- Adviseren over inzet van BI‑tools
(Power BI, Tableau)
- Verbeteren van datakwaliteit en
ondersteunen bij adoptie
- Werken als sparringpartner in
multidisciplinaire Agile teams
Wat jij meebrengt
- HBO/WO opleiding (Informatica, Data
Science, Econometrie, Bedrijfskunde)
- 2–5 jaar ervaring als Business/Data
Analist
- Ervaring met procesmodellering (BPMN)
en BI‑tools
- Basiskennis AI/ML of generatieve AI

- Sterke communicatieve en analytische

- Vloeiend Nederlands

Core Responsibilities
You will translate business processes and strategic issues into concrete data-driven solutions while acting as a bridge between business and IT. Responsibilities include mapping information flows, defining requirements and KPIs, and advising on BI tool implementation.
Requirements
Candidates must have a higher education degree (HBO/WO) in a relevant field and 2-5 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst. Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and BI tools is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
