- Stations, terminals en overheidsgebouwen met strenge eisen aan continuïteit en veiligheid.
- Technische gebouwen en complexe renovaties met gefaseerde uitvoering.
- Integrale verduurzamingstrajecten met focus op energieprestaties en beheerbaarheid.
- Afgeronde hbo/wo Elektrotechniek, AOT of HIT‑E (of vergelijkbaar).
- Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in E‑advisering voor gebouw gebonden installaties bij aannemer of ingenieursbureau.
- Ervaring met integrale bouwprojecten en 3D/BIM‑ontwerpen; coachend en kwaliteitsgericht.
- Salaris: €5.000 – €7.500 bruto p/m (fulltime), afhankelijk van senioriteit.
- Vast contract na proeftijd mogelijk; 36,5 vakantiedagen (fulltime) waarvan 5 in IKB.
- Individueel keuzebudget (10,5% bovenop maandsalaris), winstuitkering (max. 4%),
NS‑Business Card, laptop/telefonie en ruime pensioenregeling. - Werkwijze: hybride; kantoor, thuis en klant‑on‑site waar nodig; sterke BIM‑samenwerking.
Core Responsibilities
You will oversee electrical engineering advice, ensure design integrity, and manage technical solutions from initiative to detail design. Additionally, you will guide technical designers, monitor quality, and drive the team's proficiency in 3D/BIM-driven collaboration.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a completed HBO/WO degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical consulting for building installations at a contractor or engineering firm is required.
