Role Description The Sales Assistant in Europe role is a full-time, hybrid position based in The Randstad, Netherlands, with flexibility for some work from home. This role supports the regional sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other sales systems. Daily tasks include coordinating orders and deliveries with logistics, providing product information to distributors and end users, and following up on leads generated by marketing and trade events. The Sales Assistant will assist with preparing sales reports, presentations, and tender documents, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and regulatory to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires proactive communication with customers and partners across Europe, helping to strengthen relationships and contribute to sales growth for T&D Diagnostics’ IVD solutions. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build and maintain professional relationships. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; additional European languages are an asset. Foundational sales skills, including lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and support for account management activities. Solid organization skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities. Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with proficiency in common office software, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools. Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences, is beneficial. Relevant vocational training or a degree in business, sales, life sciences, or a related field is preferred. Familiar with B2B, B2C e-commerce platform Some office works might be needed Biochemistry Major, Medical, Chemistry related education background and working experience preferred. Can do attitude, pay attention to details, responsible, reliable, hard working, efficient, positive, rational thinking, self motivated and goal oriented

Core Responsibilities

Support the European sales team by responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, coordinating orders and deliveries, and following up on leads. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and tender documents while collaborating with internal teams to provide a smooth customer experience and support sales growth.

Requirements

The role calls for strong customer service, communication, organization, and foundational sales skills, along with proficiency in office software, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools. Previous sales support, customer service, or administrative experience is beneficial; a relevant vocational qualification or degree is preferred, with a background in biochemistry, medicine, or chemistry also preferred.
