About The Role Are you a motivated student looking to gain hands-on experience in renewable energy technology? Join Weco as an Engineering Intern and work alongside our team of passionate engineers on real offshore energy projects. What you'll do As an intern at Weco, you will contribute directly to ongoing development projects. You'll assist with mechanical design, testing, data analysis, or software development depending on your background and interests. You'll be part of a small, motivated team where your contributions matter from day one. Important To be eligible for this position, candidates must be authorized to work in the Netherlands. Core Responsibilities

Assist with ongoing offshore energy development projects, contributing to mechanical design, testing, data analysis, or software development based on the intern’s background and interests. Work alongside engineers and researchers on wave energy technology projects.

Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in a BSc or MSc program in Engineering, Physics, or a related field, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be curious, proactive, willing to learn, communicate well in English, and be available for at least 3–6 months; authorization to work in the Netherlands is required, and sponsorship is unavailable.
