To help us strengthen and advance this work, we're looking for a Strategic Planning & Execution Officer who combines strategic thinking with practical execution to join our Programme team in The Hague. This is a unique role for someone who enjoys bringing people, ideas and priorities together. Working closely with our Chief Programme Officer, you'll help ensure that strategy doesn't stay on paper but becomes meaningful action. You'll connect teams, track progress, support decision-making, and help keep important initiatives moving forward. We're looking for someone who is thoughtful, organised and proactive. Someone who can see the bigger picture while paying attention to the details. Someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, building relationships across teams, and helping others succeed. Requirements

The role calls for a thoughtful, organized, and proactive candidate with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, who can support senior leaders and coordinate across diverse teams. Relevant experience in international development, philanthropy, government, organizational development, or a similar field is sought, along with a valid work and residence permit in the Netherlands.
