Internal job title: Client Legal Administrator Amsterdam, Netherlands Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) 1-year fixed term, before permanent Hybrid The salary range for this specific role will be €54,000 – €60,000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework. Join CSC Netherlands Join CSC’s North America and Private Equity Services team and support a diverse portfolio of Dutch and investment structures for international clients. You’ll work closely with clients, colleagues, and subject‑matter experts in a collaborative environment. The role blends legal analysis, client management, and hands‑on corporate work—offering variety, responsibility, and room to grow. Some of the things you’ll be doing Act as a primary client contact for legal, corporate, and administrative questions Manage day‑to‑day legal and administrative activities for operational entities and real estate investment structures (SPVs and holding structures) Draft, review, and coordinate board and shareholder resolutions and supporting documentation Prepare, attend, and minute board and shareholder meetings Lead KYC/AML and broader compliance processes for your client portfolio Communicate daily with clients and stakeholders (legal/tax advisors, banks, and authorities) Coordinate incorporations, dissolutions and bank account openings Maintain accurate corporate records and ensure entities remain in good legal standing Support compliance with Dutch and EU regulations, including the ‘Wet toezicht trustkantoren’ (Wtt) and ‘ Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme ’ (Wwft) Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement of client service delivery What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? Core Responsibilities
Manage legal, corporate, and administrative matters for client entities and real estate investment structures, serving as a primary contact for clients and stakeholders. Prepare and coordinate corporate resolutions and meetings, oversee KYC/AML and regulatory compliance, maintain corporate records, and coordinate entity incorporations, dissolutions, and bank account openings.
Requirements
A master’s degree in law (LL.M.) or equivalent legal qualification and 2–4 years of experience in trust or corporate services, international law, tax, or financial services are required. Candidates should be fluent in English and demonstrate confident communication, a client-first mindset, initiative, ownership, and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
