Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (On-site, Hybrid) Hours: Full-time About Maxxis Maxxis is one of the world's largest tire manufacturers, supplying high-quality products to customers in more than 180 countries. From our European headquarters, we work closely with OEMs, distributors, and automotive partners to ensure our products are delivered on time and meet the highest standards. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a (Junior) Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen our European Supply Chain team. In this versatile role, you will be the spiders-in-the-web: managing planning, order administration, logistics coordination, and customer support. What you will do Your responsibilities are diverse and span three core areas of our operations: 1. Supply Operations Review customer forecasts and call-offs to plan inventory levels and maintain healthy, balanced stock. Create purchase orders, process customer sales orders, and register incoming goods in our ERP system (SAP S4HANA). Maintain accurate planning data and apply FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to monitor stock ageing. 2. Logistics Coordination Coordinate inbound deliveries from factories and arrange transport for customer shipments. Work closely with warehouses and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to monitor shipments. Act quickly to resolve delivery issues, manage shipment delays, and track transport performance. 3. Customer Support Serve as the daily point of contact for several of our European B2B and OEM customers. Provide proactive shipment and delivery updates, and process customer claims and returns. Coordinate product complaints with the Quality department to ensure fast, satisfactory resolutions. Who you are You are organized, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Whether you are a slightly experienced professional or a motivated junior eager to grow, we welcome your application! A background in supply chain, logistics, or order management (juniors are highly encouraged to apply!). Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and strong MS Office skills (especially Excel). You are comfortable using or exploring AI tools to optimize your daily workflows. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate professionally with international stakeholders. Must be already based in the Netherlands. Fluent in English. Proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a huge plus (but not a dealbreaker). Core Responsibilities

Plan inventory and manage purchase orders, customer sales orders, incoming goods, and stock data in SAP S/4HANA. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and support European B2B and OEM customers with updates, claims, returns, and product complaints.

Requirements

Applicants should have a background in supply chain, logistics, or order management; junior candidates are encouraged to apply. The role calls for ERP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA, strong MS Office and Excel skills, excellent organization and communication, fluency in English, and current residence in the Netherlands; additional European languages are a plus.
