Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant As a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant, you'll help financial organizations optimize and digitize their customer processes. You'll understand the logic of FSC, the dynamics of financial services, and translate complex issues into robust, scalable solutions. You'll work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers, taking a leading role in analysis, configuration, and quality assurance. What you'll do • Analyze processes within customer management, advice, lending, or service, among others • Translate business requirements into concrete FSC solutions • Configure FSC functionality (Households, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, Interaction Summaries, etc.) • Develop user stories and functional designs • Lead workshops and refinement sessions with business and IT • Advise on optimizations, new releases, and best practices within FSC • Collaborate with developers on integrations, data migrations, and technical implementation • Perform functional testing What you bring to the table • 4–5 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant, analyst, or product specialist • Demonstrable experience with Financial Services Cloud • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, data model, permissions, automation) • Experience designing and configuring OmniStudio components, such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors • Analytically strong, structured, and communicative At least two relevant Salesforce certifications, for example: o Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) o Platform App Builder o Business Analyst o Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (highly preferred) o OmniStudio Consultant (highly preferred) o Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant • Preferences: o Experience with (Mulesoft) integrations o Knowledge of compliance requirements within financial services What we offer • A role where you directly contribute to the digital transformation of financial organizations • A team that values collaboration, quality, and simplicity • Opportunities for certifications, training, and personal development • Hybrid working and flexible hours • A competitive salary and excellent benefits (By applying to this vacancy, you agree with a background check if applicable. you consent to the processing of your personal data for recruitment purposes in compliance with the EU GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.)

Core Responsibilities

Analyze financial services processes and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions, including configuring FSC features and developing user stories and functional designs. Lead stakeholder workshops, advise on FSC best practices, collaborate on integrations and data migrations, and perform functional testing.

Requirements

Candidates should have 4–5 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant, analyst, or product specialist, demonstrable Financial Services Cloud experience, and strong Salesforce configuration and OmniStudio skills. At least two relevant Salesforce certifications are required; integration experience and knowledge of financial services compliance are preferred.
