Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Design scalable and production-ready GenAI systems Build portable AI platforms using modern cloud technologies- Lead API, event-driven, and AI workflow architectures- Ensure governance, security, and performance of AI systems. Collaboration Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams- Translate ideas into scalable technical solutions- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Engineering Mindset Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset- Ability to move across technologies as needed- Focus on delivering simple yet impactful solutions. Skills & Experience -5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or related fields - Strong programming skills with polyglot mindset - Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices - Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and agent-based systems - Experience building and deploying production-grade applications - Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) - Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and reliability - Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and AI governance Preferred Traits - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation - Experience with side projects or prototypes demonstrating creativity- Strong communication and mentoring skills - Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)

Requirements

Requires at least five years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or a related field, along with strong programming skills and experience building production applications. Candidates should have hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and agent-based systems, cloud and DevOps expertise, knowledge of Terraform or Bicep, and strong system design, communication, and mentoring skills.
