What you will be doing As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategically important projects that help drive business growth, operational excellence and transformation across FABER. Working with stakeholders across countries, functions and business units, you will ensure successful delivery while creating sustainable business value. Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through successful implementation. Translate strategic objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones and measurable outcomes. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies. Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, drive decisions and maintain delivery momentum. Ensure transparency through effective governance, reporting and project controls. Support business readiness and adoption to achieve lasting project outcomes. Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams, functions and locations. Contribute to the continuous development of project management practices across FABER. Mentor and support less experienced Project Managers where appropriate. What you need Most importantly, you enjoy leading complex initiatives, bringing stakeholders together and delivering meaningful business outcomes. 7+ years of project or programme management experience. Proven track record delivering strategic business, operational or digital initiatives. Strong experience managing senior stakeholders in complex organisational environments. Experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple teams, functions or locations. Strong risk management, planning and governance capabilities. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project delivery methodologies. Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365. PMP, PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar project management certification. Experience in logistics, supply chain, operational or service-driven environments is an advantage. Interested? Core Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional strategic projects from initiation through implementation, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting. Align senior stakeholders and diverse teams, support business readiness and adoption, and help improve project management practices while mentoring less experienced project managers.

Requirements

Requires at least seven years of project or program management experience, a record of delivering strategic business, operational, or digital initiatives, and experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional projects. Candidates should have strong planning, risk management, and governance skills; knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods; experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365; and a relevant project management certification.
