Warehouse Coordinator GXO Logistics, Inc. Veenendaal, Utrecht, Netherlands Logistics at full potential Are you looking for a dynamic and hands-on role with real responsibility? As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in supervising daily warehouse operations, leading teams, and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment. To support our growing operations in the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our team in Veenendaal. Core Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed accurately and to quality standards in a safe and efficient environment. Train employees, support team dynamics and Lean initiatives, identify process improvements, and help reduce environmental impact.

Requirements

Experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar operational environment and previous leadership experience are required. Strong communication skills and a good command of English are needed; Dutch and valid forklift and reach truck certificates are beneficial but not essential.
