🚢 WE’RE HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER / EMERGENCY TOWAGE COORDINATOR 📍 On-site | Shore-based position 📋 Project-based / Per-case assignment ⏳ Immediate joining / ASAP Vanguard-Tech, a maritime salvage and emergency response company, is seeking an experienced professional with a proven background in marine salvage operations and salvage project coordination. You will support active salvage and emergency towage cases, managing shore-side operational, logistical, commercial, and communication requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate vessel and tug mobilisation, scheduling, agents, and logistics. Liaise with Salvage Masters, tug operators, vessel owners, clients, insurers, and subcontractors. Coordinate emergency towage arrangements and monitor operational readiness. Lead daily coordination calls and maintain clear operational updates and case records. Monitor subcontractor performance, project costs, and mobilisation requirements. Support invoicing, contractual variations, and project close-out. Identify operational issues early and escalate them to management. Essential Requirements Direct experience in marine salvage operations or salvage project management is mandatory. Proven experience coordinating personnel, vessels, tugs, and specialist contractors during salvage or casualty response operations. Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and cost-control skills. Ability to work under pressure and remain available outside normal working hours during active cases. Immediate availability or ability to join at short notice. Knowledge of WRECKHIRE, TOWHIRE, and TOWCON is an advantage.
