Seeing the direct impact of my work made this internship an experience where I grew both professionally and personally" The internship Join our team at HEINEKEN’s international head office in Amsterdam and become part of the team behind the Global Graduate Program (GGP), our international program for graduates starting their careers at HEINEKEN. As an intern, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how a global early careers program comes to life across countries and cultures. You’ll work on recruitment, onboarding, communication and community projects, helping create a great experience for candidates and graduates around the world. You’ll have the opportunity to: Help bring global recruitment campaigns to life and attract new graduates. Create communications and content for candidates, graduates and HR teams worldwide. Support onboarding, workshops and activities for our global graduate community. Help improve the tools, platforms and content that connect our GGP community. Work with colleagues and graduates across countries and cultures. Your new team and workplace You’ll join a small, international and hands-on team where you’ll have the freedom to take ownership, share your ideas and get involved in real projects from day one. You’ll work with colleagues and graduates from different countries and connect with people across HEINEKEN, giving you a chance to see how a global organization works beyond your own team. We believe in learning by doing. You’ll get real responsibility, plenty of support and the space to make your own ideas happen. What a Day In The Internship Could Look Like You start your day with a good coffee from our barista and a quick catch-up with the team. Then it’s time to get stuck in: organising a virtual global session, helping the GGP Coordinator plan a workshop, creating visuals or analysing survey results. After working on your projects, you catch up with your supervisor for a 1:1 to share progress, ask questions and get feedback. Around lunchtime, grab lunch with the team, take a walk outside or catch up with fellow interns. In the afternoon, you continue your projects, join a team catch-up or put the finishing touches on a workshop or global session. Conditions of HEINEKEN You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU. You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing. You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN). Our Internship Conditions During your time as an intern at HEINEKEN, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where growing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we brew your future step by step. In addition, we offer you: A full-time practice-oriented internship, starting on February 1, 2027 (or earlier, if available) The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (to be agreed upon with your internship supervisor) Your home office will be located in Amsterdam At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40-hour workweek You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full-time internship) If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed Interested? Support the Global Graduate Program by contributing to recruitment campaigns, communications, onboarding, workshops, and activities for its international graduate community. Improve the tools, platforms, and content used by the program while collaborating with colleagues and graduates across countries and cultures.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently studying at HBO or WO level and remain enrolled at an educational institution throughout the internship. They should be proactive, organized, hands-on, comfortable taking ownership in a changing environment, and interested in working across cultures; additional eligibility conditions include residing in the Netherlands and holding a valid BSN.
