What you will be doing As a Medior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects that help shape how we work across FABER. From planning through implementation, you will bring people together and turn ideas into tangible value. Lead business, digital and operational projects from initiation through successful delivery. Turn business goals into clear project plans, milestones and deliverables. Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines. Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams. Drive project governance using FABER's PMO framework and tools such as Jira. Support teams in adopting new processes and ways of working. What you bring Most importantly, you enjoy delivering projects, bringing people together and turning ideas into measurable results. 5-7 years of project management experience. Experience leading cross-functional projects in business, operations, digital or commercial environments. Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk management and reporting. Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches. Effective stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills. Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365. A proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset PMQ, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is an advantage. Core Responsibilities

Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines while facilitating stakeholder collaboration, applying PMO governance, and supporting adoption of new processes.

Requirements

Requires 5–7 years of project management experience, including leadership of cross-functional projects in business, operations, digital, or commercial environments. Candidates should have strong planning, governance, risk management, reporting, stakeholder, and communication skills, working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365, and experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches; relevant certification is an advantage.
