Senior HR Manager | Amsterdam Competitive Package + 10% Bonus + Car Allowance | Hybrid Working - Fixed Term 12mths. We're partnering with a leading international business to appoint an experienced Senior HR Manager to its European organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to play a key role in supporting business growth, influencing senior leadership and driving effective people strategies within a dynamic, international environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders on HR strategy, employee relations and organisational development. Provide expert guidance on Dutch employment law and complex HR matters. Support organisational change, workforce planning and talent development. Coach and advise managers on performance, leadership and employee engagement. Drive improvements across HR policies, processes and employee experience. Must haves 8+ years' HR experience, ideally within an international business. Strong practical knowledge of Dutch employment law is essential. Experience managing complex employee relations matters. Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires at least eight years of HR experience, ideally in an international business, with strong practical knowledge of Dutch employment law and experience handling complex employee relations matters. Candidates must be able to influence senior stakeholders, work proactively and independently, and be fluent in English; Dutch is advantageous but not required.
