Role Description The Event Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Eindhoven. In this position, the individual plans, organizes, and executes B2B events, trade shows, and customer meetings that support Genexis’ brand and commercial objectives. Responsibilities include developing event concepts, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all event touchpoints. The role involves creating event marketing campaigns, handling pre- and post-event communications, tracking event performance, and reporting on ROI and lead generation. The Event Marketing Manager collaborates closely with sales, product management, and corporate marketing to align event activities with strategic goals and deliver a high-quality experience for customers and partners. Qualifications Experience in event planning and event marketing, including managing trade shows, conferences, and customer events. Strong skills in project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination to deliver events on time and within scope. Background in marketing communications, including developing event collateral, presentations, and digital campaigns. Ability to analyze event performance data, generate insights, and optimize future event strategies. Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business) or equivalent practical experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage. Comfort working in a technology or telecommunications environment; B2B marketing experience is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international team and to prioritize multiple projects. Willingness to travel occasionally for events and to be present on-site during early setups and late teardowns.

Core Responsibilities

Plan and deliver B2B events, trade shows, and customer meetings, managing concepts, budgets, timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and consistent brand messaging. Develop event campaigns and communications, measure performance and ROI, and collaborate with sales, product management, and corporate marketing to support commercial goals.

Requirements

Candidates should have event planning and marketing experience, strong project management, budgeting, vendor coordination, and marketing communications skills, plus the ability to analyze event performance. A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is requested; strong English communication, B2B or technology-sector familiarity, teamwork, prioritization, and occasional travel are also expected.
