Come build something meaningful with us: internships at sustainably.io Bachelor's and Master's students | Start: January/February 2027 | Maastricht Who we are sustainably.io is a small Dutch start-up and social enterprise based in Maastricht. We started by designing and building smart indoor air quality sensors using IoT, 3D printing and cloud-based tools. Our devices help households, companies, universities and public institutions see what's in the air they breathe and act on it. Right now, our role has moved to playing an active role in European consortium projects. We work with universities, companies and research centres across Europe on EU-funded innovation projects such as 3DxVERSE. Our partners and stakeholders are spread all over the world, from Belgium to Germany and from Romania to Aruba. What you'll actually do Social media marketing: plan and create content, grow our online presence and tell the story of our projects and impact European consortium meetings: join project meetings with international partners, take part in discussions and help us deliver on our commitments Stakeholder collaboration: work with partners, researchers, companies and communities around the world Project support: help with communication, dissemination, research and the day-to-day running of EU projects Your own ideas: we're a small team, so if you spot an opportunity, you'll get the room to run with it Why intern with us? You won't spend your days making coffee or filing papers. You'll work alongside us on real projects with real international partners, and see how a start-up runs from the inside. Core Responsibilities

Plan and create social media content, support communication and dissemination, and help manage the day-to-day work of EU-funded projects. Participate in international consortium meetings and collaborate with partners, researchers, companies, and communities.

Requirements

Applicants should be bachelor's or master's students from a relevant background, including business, marketing, communication, sustainability, social sciences, or engineering. They should be curious, flexible, eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working with people from different countries and cultures.
