Senior Structural Designer As a Senior Designer, you are responsible for developing high-quality design solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability. Through your technical expertise and attention to detail, you contribute to the successful execution of projects and support the organization's strategic objectives and long-term success. In this role, you combine strong design capabilities with effective coordination and leadership skills. You ensure that design activities are carried out efficiently, comply with applicable standards and requirements, and are delivered within the agreed project scope and schedule. Responsibilities Design Development and Execution: Select appropriate design methods and procedures and execute design activities in accordance with project specifications, international codes, industry standards, company requirements, and applicable regulations; Technical Design and Documentation: Apply your technical knowledge and design software skills to produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive design documentation that can be easily interpreted and implemented by others; Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate closely with engineers, fellow designers, and the Lead Designer to share information, ensure a common understanding of the design intent, and identify and resolve design conflicts at an early stage; Planning and Delivery: Proactively plan, coordinate, and complete design activities and deliverables within agreed timelines, ensuring that interfaces between systems and disciplines are properly managed; Issue and Schedule Management: Identify and escalate unresolved technical issues to the Lead Designer or Lead Engineer in a timely manner to minimize delays. Understand how assigned tasks contribute to the overall project schedule and affect the deliverables of other stakeholders; Lessons Learned and Change Management: Apply relevant lessons learned from previous projects and assess the impact of design changes within and across project system boundaries; Vendor Documentation Review: Work closely with Package Engineers to ensure vendor documentation is reviewed on time and that technical comments are accurate, complete, and of the required quality; Design Team Leadership: Take the lead in coordinating and guiding other designers within your assigned scope of work, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery; Lead Designer Responsibilities: Depending on the project and assigned scope, take on the role of Lead Designer, coordinating design activities and supporting the team in achieving project objectives. Experience 5 to 10 years of relevant design experience within the oil and gas industry; Solid understanding of applicable international codes, industry standards, and engineering design practices; Experience working in a multidisciplinary project environment; Proficiency in relevant design software and technical documentation tools; Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery; The ability to take responsibility for assigned design activities and provide guidance to other designers when required.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors, manage design interfaces and changes, resolve or escalate technical issues, and guide designers within the assigned scope.
Requirements
Requires 5 to 10 years of relevant design experience in the oil and gas industry, knowledge of international codes and engineering design practices, and proficiency with relevant design software and documentation tools. Candidates should have strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take responsibility for design work and guide other designers.
