Working closely with two experienced colleagues, you will provide practical and commercially focused legal guidance that enables business growth while managing risk in accordance with company standards. Key Responsibilities Advise operational teams across The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg on a broad range of legal matters in order to drive informed business decisions Review, draft, and negotiate customer, supplier, and partner agreements with a focus on software and SaaS contracts Provide legal support to the Bid Management team on public tender submissions Manage multiple legal matters and projects while maintaining high quality, accuracy, and professional integrity standards Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing to support business objectives Collaborate with the wider Corporate Group Legal team on regional and cross-functional initiatives, as required Job Requirements What we need to see from you Bachelor’s degree in Dutch law Experience gained in a law firm and/or an international in-house corporate environment, ideally within the Software or SaaS sector Experience in at least two, and eagerness to develop in all of the following areas: B2B contract law, corporate law, Software/SaaS contracting, public tender regulations, data protection, and cybersecurity regulations Native Dutch language skills and confidence reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contractual documentation in English Commercial mindset with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams High attention to detail, self-motivation, collaboration, and communication skills Minimum of 32 hours per week availability What we offer: A close-knit, international community where everyone can be themselves The freedom and trust to shape your own path, and bring others along with you Plenty of room for personal development through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, including a meaningful annual personal budget for external education Hybrid working - partly from our Amsterdam office, partly from home Unlimited vacation time A competitive salary, strong secondary benefits, and a real focus on wellbeing and job satisfaction Team activities, lunches, social drinks, and moments to laugh and learn together Company description SoftwareOne is a global provider of software and cloud solutions. Core Responsibilities

Advise teams in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg on legal matters, and review, draft, and negotiate customer, supplier, and partner agreements, particularly software and SaaS contracts. Support public tender submissions, manage legal matters and projects, and collaborate with business stakeholders and the wider legal team.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Dutch law and experience in a law firm or international in-house corporate environment are required, ideally in software or SaaS. Candidates should have experience in at least two relevant legal areas, native Dutch and professional English skills, a commercial mindset, strong communication and collaboration skills, and availability for at least 32 hours per week.
