What do we expect? A completed bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field; At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the machine building industry; Experience designing complex machines and drafting technical specifications; You’re accustomed to independently liaising with suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders and take responsibility for technical decisions; You’re proactive, take initiative, know how to get people on board, and feel comfortable in a role where you take ownership of challenging projects.
