At the Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM), we are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Logistics Specialist (French Speaking) to join our international team in Woerden, the Netherlands. 🌟 About PFSCM PFSCM is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening global health supply chains and improving access to quality, affordable health products in low- and middle-income countries. Our work supports governments, international organizations, and humanitarian partners in delivering essential medicines and medical supplies where they are needed most. 🚚 What will you do? As a Logistics Specialist, you will manage international shipments across a portfolio of countries, ensuring that essential health products reach their destinations safely, efficiently, and on time. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate international transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery. Manage relationships with logistics partners (3PLs), suppliers, and international stakeholders. Monitor shipments, proactively resolve delivery challenges, and minimize delays. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and quality requirements, including those for temperature-sensitive products. Maintain accurate shipment information and monitor logistics performance against KPIs. Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and service delivery. 🎯 What are we looking for? A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of relevant experience in international logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. Fluency in both French and English is essential. Experience working with ERP or supply chain management systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with pharmaceutical logistics, temperature-sensitive products, or international public health supply chains is an advantage. Eligibility to work in the Netherlands. 💙 Why join PFSCM? Requirements

Fluency in French and English, experience with ERP or supply chain systems, and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required; pharmaceutical logistics experience is an advantage, and eligibility to work in the Netherlands is required.
