Job Responsibilities： Depending on your profile and preferences, your scope may include: 1. Provide day-to-day employee support, help solve workplace issues, and maintain a positive and compliant working environment. 2. Assist in designing and implementing training programs, performance management cycles, and career development frameworks. 3. Support internal communication, organize company events, and help foster a strong and engaging workplace culture. 4. Contribute to daily HR tasks and processes that ensure organizational efficiency and scalability. Job Requirements： 1. Local HR experience in the Netherlands, with hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions and an HRBP or generalist background 2. Solid understanding of Dutch labour law and local employment compliance 3. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. 4. Fast learner with strong adaptability and quick thinking. 5. Highly motivated, proactive, and driven—ambition is strongly valued.

Core Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day employee support, help resolve workplace issues, and maintain a positive, compliant work environment. Depending on the candidate’s background, support training, performance management, career development, internal communications, company events, and other HR processes.

Requirements

Candidates need local HR experience in the Netherlands, hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions, and an HR business partner or generalist background. They must understand Dutch labor law and employment compliance, communicate excellently in English, and demonstrate adaptability, motivation, and initiative.
